haha Jonas, the little guy was hilarious! Good job, you sure do love Zelda it seems. My husband is really into ps3 and right now plays something called battlefield, borderlands, and something where a guy is riding a horse and hunting and such.

Mando Bandits 5 months, 3 weeks agoI’d like to start of with another apology for my inactiveness. I’m working on it.
Anyway, here is a video of mine, playing a Legend of Zelda tune called ”Sadness” with the bassist I’ve worked with before. I have no idea if there are any Zelda fans on here, but I’m sure they’d appreciate it. I threw in some tremolos here and there as well.

That brings back memories of playing the original Zelda way back in the 80’s. Any chance of doing a frailing version of the Super Mario Bros theme song?

Well, I’m an Irish tenor banjo player, so I’m not much of a frailer, but I could try to cover it using a flat pick and single notes? That’s definitely something I see myself doing one of these days!

Hey Mandy. Yea, that is tremolo. It is my favorite thing about the mandolin. I have small finger so it is a little easier than guitar for me:)

Yes, tremolo is a great technique. It’s one of the mains reasons I bought my mandolin (and Irish tenor banjo for that matter). Well played as well.
